Team Up Connections?
Equipping Our Youth
Team Up Connections is a mentoring & family services non-profit for youth & their parents in Charlotte. Our goal is to equip youth with valuable skills while advocating and providing an array of services through the necessary resources that assist in the wholeness and wellbeing of our youth. TUC's goals also consist of seeing our mentored youth make a complete breakthrough in life so that they can be productive in society. We aid our youth in using wisdom in making good and wise choices that will help them thrive in life. We provide communication, decision making, interpersonal, problem solving, listening, and conflict resolution skills that will promote positive growth throughout every phase of life.
Apps for Mentees & Parents
Team Up Connections is committed to providing our mentees and their families with a program of the highest quality. In pursuit of that goal, we’ve designed Children, Mentee, & Parenting Apps.
The Mentee Check-In App is a tool that allows our mentees to notice their weekly habits, identify their challenges, & set their priorities. Our Parenting & Community App provides resources for those in need of assistance.
